Last week when we migrated ActiveRain and Localism from our legacy server to our new servers.  We also upgraded much of our server software to new versions. It turns out that there was a bug that developed as a result of the upgrades to one of the software programs. The problem is that we upgraded numerous different programs so it is taking a little while to roll back each upgrade one by one in our quest to find out which upgrade caused the problem.Until we are able to fix the root problem, we have been able to apply band-aid’s to alleviate the symptoms. As it stands now, the band-aids are doing a decent job holding everything together. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are a few more intermittent site availability issues for the next few days, but after that, we should be in a very stable and fast environment.AR Management Team
